We have a saying in our office, if you want the... impossible, tell Paul it can’t be done. Takes pride in completing projects, on time, within budget without compromising quality. Able to see the forest through the trees - hands on, involved in all aspects of a project, from low level detail to the overall big picture view. One stop shop for all client queries, unlike other property developers, with multiple roles each performing a siloed function, (CIO, CFO, COO, project managers, etc.) - Paul wears multiple hats, doing the job of multiple roles. How? Through years of diverse experience, amassing years of depth and breadth of industry knowledge. You’ll never hear Paul tell a client “not my problem, you’ll need to speak to…” Paul takes full ownership for all projects he takes on. Full responsibility. No fine print legal T&Cs absolving responsibility for any bumps in the road. Paul enjoys challenges and finding solutions. Wasting no time pondering his career pathway, Matt was quick to enter the building industry and has accrued a large portfolio of projects under his belt. Attained official Master Builder accreditation at an early age, he is highly sought after by industry professionals. He has an infectious can-do attitude, which is what initially caught Paul’s attention in their shared view of “nothing is impossible".

Nicole brings many years of experience and vast knowledge in her role of Project Consultant to liaise with clients to create their dream home or investment property. Nicole’s innate attention to detail, exceptional communication and management skills and friendly nature combined with her passion for design and construction ensures a seamless and enjoyable process for her clients and the best possible results.

Jane Brosnan

Having recognised qualifications in Business ... Administration, Interior Design and most recently Accounting and Bookkeeping, Jane is the multitasker of the office. She brings a vast array of knowledge and experience to Gemaya Design and Construction through her many years working in Real Estate. Her passion for all things property and styling combined with her meticulous attention to detail throughout all aspects of customer service make her a perfect fit. She is also highly attuned to the construction and design process being married to a builder and gaining invaluable experience through personal renovation projects. In this multi-dimensional role, Jane oversees daily operations, supports the administrative functions of the business, and provides continuous project support.
